Porters is open with all lifts spinning from 9am.

The sun’s out, the snow’s great, we expect to once again have wall to wall skiing and riding today. We have groomed the upper and mid mountain intermediate trails, Easy Street and learners area wide.

It will be another great day to come and enjoy the friendly vibes and amazing terrain at Porters, while the weather is stable. Thursday and Friday are looking like a return to winter with snow in the forecast before the weekend.

At 5:45am, the temperature is 2 degrees. We have light north westerly winds in the base area increasing to moderate on the upper mountain. This may increase a bit as the day goes on.

Porters Lodge Restaurant and Bar, just 6km up our access road, will be open for coffee from 9am, and meals from 11am. Pop in for a bite to eat after your day on the mountain, the food will impress.

Snowplay at the Lodge will be open from 10am-4pm today.
