Dear Guests
Please find below an overview of what to expect when you next come up to the Resort
GENERAL
If you feel unwell, please stay home
Be kind to each other, be patient and please be understanding to our team, they have not set the rules!
Social distancing is encouraged throughout the resort – please follow requirements on our signage

 

ACCESS ROAD – 50km & 30km speed limits
Please scan the COVID-19 contact tracing QR code at the Chain Bay
If you do not have the tracer APP, please manually sign in with your details at the Chain Bay
Parking – 5km speed limit
Potential for more people at their cars and around the carpark in general – so please take care

 

TICKET OFFICE/GUEST SERVICES
Purchasing day passes online is highly encouraged. If you purchase using the same name and email address on your account, your Porters RFID cards will automatically be loaded
Social distancing- Please keep a minimum 1m apart from other people in the queue & in Guest services
Plan for possible longer wait times and observe the queue management system in place
Send only one group member to the ticket office where possible

 

CAFE
Observe the queue management system in place
Seating will be reduced both inside and out. There will be a maximum of 50 people allowed inside
Coffee “keep cups” are not permitted
Alpine Bar will be open when practicable for drinks, breakfast, and snacks
RENTALS
If you require rentals please know your height, weight and shoe size before you arrive on the mountain
Social distancing - Observe the queue management system in place and please wait at the entry door to be invited in
Equipment will be sanitised at the end of each day
SNOWSPORTS SCHOOL
Book in the same manner as usual at the ticket office but give yourself plenty of extra time (at least 1 hour before lessons is recommended)
LIFTS
Face masks / buffs and gloves are mandatory to ride all lifts including Sunkid Carpet and the Platter
Lifts can be fully loaded but face coverings are required
Queuing areas are managed to maintain 1 metre distance between people
We will disinfect chairlift touch points at the end of each day
Lift operators will wear face masks / buffs and gloves
